We may terminate this agreement or your access to all or part of the Services at our sole discretion without notice. You remain responsible for amounts due up to and including the termination date.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law and Privacy Policy.

THIS INCLUDES LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.
